Mrs. Miriam Saldaña, born and raised in the Dominican Republic, is the owner of Growing Together Home Day Care. Ms. Saldaña and her son moved to the United States in August 1979. Upon arriving in New York, she pursued a Home Help Aid certification, enabling her to work with children with special needs. For the first twelve years in the United States, she lived and worked in New York. In 1989, she relocated to Rhode Island, where she took a position at Honeywell processing medications.

In 2001, due to an unforeseen life situation, Ms. Saldaña decided to care for her special needs son at home. This pivotal moment prompted her to change her career path and establish Growing Together Home Day Care.

Throughout the years, Mrs. Saldaña has continuously enhanced her skills by attending numerous training sessions and classes. Her dedication to professional development has enabled her to better serve the children in her care and provide invaluable support to the parents who rely on her services.
